At CreatEd, we focus on customized digital services which involve intensive effort and planning. As such:

Cancellation:
1. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation via email at info@created.co.in.
2. Post this period, the project is considered initiated and cancellation is not possible.

Refund:
1. Refunds are not applicable for services that are partially or fully delivered.
2. If CreatEd is unable to deliver the service due to internal issues, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Exceptions:
1. Refunds (partial/full) may be considered under special cases at our discretion.
